There is no “separate” God creating imperfect humans and demanding they seek his forgiveness for the imperfection he gave them. Please do not try to “make it work” by saying, well, God only created perfection and we chose imperfection. It is impossible for any human to achieve perfection so choice or freedom is not in the picture here. Not only did God create us imperfect but incapable of achieving it as well but we must seek forgiveness for it. How absurd! According to popular religious belief, not in reality, or course. God is all and all is God.

Openobserver,
I get around some of this by being perfectly imperfect whenever possible. 🙂

I had a grievence with God along the same lines as this article just last week…
I wondered why people are sent to hell, seemingly everyday people.
The answer given to me by God was simply “One cannot serve two Gods”.
And when one meditates on this it is rather accurate.
Yes, we do make choices, we were given free will to do that. Where has it gotten us as a human race thus far when we consistently make poor choices?
We pollute our own planet with GMO’s and nano technology with no way to take it back.
Look at the world and the sad state it is in now, this is what happens when we lean on our own understanding and choose not to follow the scriptures.
I’m not talking about mainstream Christianity here, that’s left a bad taste in my mouth. I’m talking about a serious state of mind and learning the scriptures with God and asking him to help one understand and he will answer. There’s a lot of churches out there who pervert the Bible and it’s left a very bad name on the Christian community. Like not all in one race are bad, same goes with Christians. I’ve only met a very small handful of true Christians in my lifetime. What does that tell you?
I’m not here to throw bibles at you, but I felt the need to reply to this article. And your article on wisdom was awesome, it’s a double bladed sword, truth is in fact truth, I enjoyed it. 🙂
